Q.1        How do I register on the website?
Ans.      Go to www.leadershipcentre.in/login and click on the Sign-Up link to register on the website.

Q.2        What do I do if I have registered twice using different mail IDs? 
Ans.      You can use either of the email IDs to access the account. We would encourage you to use your official email ID so that any appropriate information can be passed onto you.

Q.3        How do I purchase a course?
Ans.      Go to www.leadershipcentre.in  .Click on the Courses Tab as shown below. Select any course from the list of courses provided. Purchase and begin. 

Q 4       How do I decide which course is relevant for me?
Ans.      On each course page, you will find details necessary to take this decision. Read the purpose, application, and contents of the course. We have also provided benefits you
               will get from this course. Choose the one that will fit your context.

Q.5        Whom do I reach out to in case I need some conceptual clarity on any course?
Ans.      For HDFC Life users, we are extending perspective sessions with a Leadership Coach. On course completion, you can reach out to your HR and register for the group
               mentoring session. We will schedule the session and inform you about the same.

Q 6        Whom do I reach out, in case I face a technical difficulty?

Q 7        Do I get a certificate upon the completion of a course?
Ans.      Yes. On course completion, you get the option to view/download your certificate.

Q.8        How can I check the purchased courses and the status of my course completion? 
Ans.      Firstly you logged into your website account. After you log into your website account, click on the top-right drop-down and go to your User dashboard. 
               Your courses and status of completion of all courses are available in your dashboard.

Q.9       What is the validity of a course?
Ans.      The validity of all our leadership courses are one year.

Q.10     What is a profiler? How I attempt a Profiler for self-reflection?
Ans.      Profilers are psychometry tools designed to help you reflect on your leadership orientation. Click to the following link for demo navigation on steps to attempt a profiler:

Q.11     How do I nominate people to seek feedback on my leadership orientation? 
Ans.      The experience of colleagues is very important for you to get a complete understanding of your leadership orientation. Nominate at least  5-7 colleagues with different
               work relationships to receive feedback on your orientations. Click to the following link for the demo navigation on how to nominate colleagues for feedback: -
               https://youtu.be/hEHnsbCiHww . As soon as you nominate your colleagues to request feedback from them, an email invite is sent out on the email ID you have provided.
               This email contains the details and steps they need to follow. Once your colleague provides his feedback, it immediately reflects in your profiler report.

Q 12     How do I respond to feedback requests I may have received from other colleagues?

Ans.      Yes, you can choose to do as many courses as you wish. All of them will be available in your user dashboard.

Q.14     Where do I access my profiler reports?
Ans.      Your Profiler Report is available in the My Report section. This can be accessed in the left panel of your dashboard. As your colleagues' feedback is received, this report
               would be updated with the relevant data.

Q.15     What do I do if I have forgotten my account password?
Ans.      You can reset your password on the following link:
               https://www.leadershipcentre.in/login
               An email would be sent to the registered email ID to enable to you do the same.

Q.16     While trying to reset the password, I receive a message, “Password reset token is invalid”. What should I do?      
Ans.      This issue occurs because multiple password regeneration emails were triggered at the same time. Please click on the link which is the most recent in your inbox.

Q.17     What are the requirements if I need to apply for reimbursement?
Ans.      While purchasing a course, please ensure that you fill in the correct GST details, company name, and address was provided by the HR team. This would then reflect in your
                invoice. On successful course completion, you can submit the invoice with a certificate to the HR team for reimbursement.

Q.18      What to do if I am unable to download the course completion certificate?
Ans.       Please ensure that you have received three feedbacks on each profiler in the course. At least three feedbacks from your colleagues on all the profilers in the course is
                mandatory to activate the certificate download button. There is a note mentioned below the certificate button indicating the same. In order to activate this, we would
                advise you to nominate as many colleagues as possible for all the profilers in the course. It would give you 360 feedback on your leadership orientation and also
                activate the certificate download button.
